How long will you treat us this way, segregating us by colour and implying differences in intellect? What gives you the right to make such judgements and restrict our freedom, education and employment?  Their cries were heard, Mandela, Tutu and others.  Apartheid ended in South Africa and the rainbow nation was born.

Yet some fail to learn from history.  They wrongly use colour, race or religion as a means to discriminate and ill-treat others.

As a society we value compassion, tolerance and peace, but how do we measure up? Passivity carries its own message too.  Inequality worldwide is our shared responsibility to end.
