Tomorrow we begin our first Fit for Life Week at school and I am really looking forward to it!  Each year during this special focus week we will showcase one of more sports, with training sessions available for the pupils.  Assembly at the start of the week will be on the importance of a healthly lifestyle (physical activity and a balanced diet) and fitness challenges will be set for the different year groups.  The pupils are also leading from the front with this initiative; Year 6 are hosting ‘Wake and Shake’ (dance) sessions before school each day for pupils and staff.  The latter reminded me of flash mobs, so I thought I would share three which I trust you will enjoy and no doubt remember from the last couple of years!
